8 Bedroom, 6 Bath With 2 Outdoor Showers That Is A 3 Mintue Walk To The Beach

Rent this fantastic house as a whole. It is pristinely maintained. You may rent by the weekend, midweek, full week , and extended options. It is simply a 3-night minimum with the only stipulation being that you can't check-in or out on a Saturday. You can rent as many nights as you like; however, we keep out weekends together. The best bang for the buck is to rent Sunday to Friday.

The property is set up to entertain with a full size kitchen and a full size bar area that duels as a kitchen. There is a dishwasher, washer/dryer, and refrig on each of the 2 levels of the house. There is also a full size deck on each of the 2 levels and parking for 4-6 cars.

Be the envy of people walking by...this location was recently built and includes top of the line cabinetry, under mount stainless double sinks with granite counter-tops. Appliances are stainless, including Jennair dual fuel 5 burner stove with double oven. The washer/dryer are full sized. Bathrooms have corian counter-tops with Toto no-clog toilets. Furnishings are from top makers including Tommy Bahama, Moosehead, Bob Timberlake, Hooker, Potterybarn, etc. The flooring can't be beat with all living areas having hand skived hardwood floors with Tactesse carpeting in the bedrooms (very soft!). The kitchen's small appliances are from Williams and Sonoma including a Capresso coffee maker, miele vacuum, villaware waffle maker, Kitchen aide mixer, Waring blender, etc. Decking made from Brazilian hardwood with comfortable outdoor furniture. Also included are additional beach chairs, wagon, boogie boards, beach activities, etc.

This property is clearly for those that want to have no worries when they come in town to enjoy DEWEY! Either cook in or go out to enjoy fabulous restaurants...recommendations available upon request! Just bring your belongings and you are ready to go. All this PLUS YOU ARE IN THE MIDDLE OF DEWEY, 1 block to the beach...PRIME LOCATION!!!

Jolly Trolley pick up at the end of the street. Runs every 20 minutes from 9 am to 2 am. You can check in internet for exact times or a schedule is available at the unit.
