This 6 bedroom house, 6.5 baths has 3 first floor bedrooms and sleeps 14 people in beds. Great for large, extended or multiple families. The open floor plan is perfect for entertaining.

Enter the home through an open front porch to the open living room, dining and kitchen area. The living room has a large flat screen TV with Comcast cable & DVD player. The dining room features a large table and is open to both kitchen and living room. The modern kitchen includes plenty of counter space with granite counter tops. The center island has seating for 4.

The first floor also features 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen size beds and 1 king size bed, each bedroom features it's own unique private bath. You'll have a hard time picking a favorite. There is access to a large outdoor deck through two of the bedrooms. This deck features hot tub, outdoor shower and barbeque area. The first floor double living room also has a day bed and a queen sofa bed.

The second floor features 3 more master bedrooms 2 with King beds and the 3^rd bedroom has 2 Twin Bunkbeds and two large decks,one on the front of house and one overlooking the back yard. Whether you want sun or shade, you'll always be able to find a great place to sit and relax.

"We stayed at this home during the busy 4^th of July week and had an amazing time! The house is absolutely beautiful, everything is new and very well decorated and clean. The kitchen was great for our family gatherings (there were 13 of us staying in the house) and was equipped with two dishwashers, 2 refrigerators and plenty of utensils and dishes. Each bedroom had it's own private attached full bath which afforded all the adults the privacy they needed. The decks and porches were gathering spots all during the day and we enjoyed having use of the hot tub. The walk to the beach is a true 5 blocks so most days we drove our gear down, dropped the gear and the younger/older family members at the beach and then the driver would take the car back and either walk or bike down the beach to join the group. If you go early enough, there is metered or pass parking close to the beach access points. The owner was VERY easy to work with and was very responsive to questions or concerns. I would highly recommend renting this property for your Rehoboth Beach vacation."

"Me and 6 other ladies enjoyed an awesome girl's getaway in this home. We THOROUGHLY enjoyed this house! It was very spacious and ideal for entertaining! The kitchen had everything we need for cooking big breakfasts and dinners. The walk to the beach was great as well. Since we were eating so much during the trip, the 5 block walk back and forth was good exercise:) All of the other reviews are accurate. This house is amazing and I would definitely rent it again:)"

"Our group of 16 rented this house for our annual girls' weekend during the third weekend in May. With seven bedrooms, each having its own bathroom, it did not feel at all crowded. The first floor has a spacious, open floor plan, which is perfect for socializing, and the kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glasses, flat ware, kitchen tools, two coffee pots, two toasters and a blender. There are also two refrigerators and two dishwashers, which is perfect for a large group. There are numerous options for outdoor seating, including a screened-in front porch, rear patio with a hot tub and grill, and two balconies on the second floor. You need to enter both the rear patio and the rear balcony through bedrooms; however no one in our group seemed to mind. The five block walk to the beach wasn't bad at all for adults, although I would recommend a beach cart or small wagon if you are carrying beach items for children. The property manager was a pleasure to deal with, responding to every email quickly. When I called about a ceiling fan that wasn't working, he diagnosed and fixed the problem (dead remote battery) within an hour of my phone call. Our group has been renting houses in Rehoboth annually since 2005 and this was our favorite to date. We would definitely rent it again."
